Qigong means the constant cultivation of life energy
Qigong has a calming and balancing effect on body, breathing, mind and soul.
General flexibility and suppleness, strength, lightness, stability and balance - we promote all these qualities with the movement theory of Qigong - traditionally anchored in the Far East, in the last decades increasingly appreciated in Europe, Australia and America.
The gentle and flowing movements stimulate the circulation, deepen the breath, calm the mind, stretch and strengthen the body. The balance is trained and the smooth exercises have a beneficial effect on posture and the spine and have a positive effect on everyday life.
Invigorating self-massages („acupressure“) complement the exercises.
The sensation of serenity is encouraged.
