Qigong means "the steady care of life energy". The movement sequences stimulate circulation, deepen the breath, stretch and strengthen the body, make the muscles supple, have a beneficial effect on the spine, and calm activity in the brain and nervous system. The exercises are easy to learn and are supplemented by invigorating self massage (accupressure). The most important result is the balancing effect on body, mind and soul, along with sensations of calmness and serenity.
